Thanks for the advice. You're right about me using AOL to access the Internet. I get the menu you describe and I saved the file as a ".jpg" to my hard drive. But when I tried to open it with Adobe, I got the message that there was something wrong with the .jpg file structure and it couldn't open it. (I never heard of ".art" extension either)

I didn't know you could use a different browser to access the Internet on AOL. Next time I'm in the software store, I'll check it out.
