Gene, the small fleur-de-lis mold reminds me of the "Jockeys" mold distributed by John Huxley. Just based on a visual resemblance in placement on the mold. I doubt that there is any connection.

Another possibility is a new mold being distributed by International Thunderbird Gaming Corp. in Vancouver, Canada. I remember an advertisement in a trade magazine a while back, referencing chips made/distributed by them. I think they produced the "T-bird" mold that we saw at some of the Indian casinos in western states.
