You answered your own question. We live in a different time than several years ago when it would have taken a few weeks for some time of reply. Today we live in world of e-mail fax and yes the telephone. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE ONE TO SEND AN E-MAIL. I believe we have the answer, some people just don't care.
