I agree with Travis that these ads are puffery; the seller doesn't really claim that these chips were used in the old west.

Nevertheless, I have written to him twice in the past when these lots ran to advise him of the relatively modern nature of the chips. Have never received a response, but took no further action because I don't believe them to be fraudulent. ----- jim o\-S
