Hi Gene,

I have a real problem when someone tells me how to make a rules change by putting my ideas in writing to the BOD, knowing that such an effort is a waste of my time due to who would be making the final decision, the same person that told me to submit my proposal in the first place.

I don't take being yanked around lightly.
