You're 100% correct. If they fancy a chip with a $25 or $100 denomination on it, and they're so concerned about adding to our collections, then why don't they make them NCV chips? Just think, if they wanted to be so sporting they would make a 2-piece set: one $5 value chip and one matching $25 "NCV" and sell the NCV for five bucks. I'd go for that. I wonder if regs would allow it, though.
