I sure did not intend to get into this thread.
But:
Doesn't all commettees everywhere including the House of Reps and Senate have a chairman? Don't all chairmen of commettees have the power to stop or at least greatly influnence new rules? Someone has to make decissions. If not the chairman, then who?

The new rule is, everyone in the club can vote. They don't have to nominate a chip as in past years. How can it be any fairer?

Has anyone else volunteered for this thankless job?
