You didn't see my proposal to the BOD showing how this mailing could be paid for by a reduction in other areas. My proposal was only concerning areas that are open for the full vote of the club membership, not convention location or other BOD decisions.

Archie has confirmed that he decides what happens concerning voting on COYT/TOYT. Formal proposals run through his door and get rejected.
