I stayed out of this thread to see what developed. I along with Jim Reilly turned in "the Judge" to Ebay last year and he falsely accused me of interferring with his buyers. Ebay sent me a warning. I sent back copies of all posts in the matter. Ebay apologized--actually apologized and "The Judge" got suspended.
So?
So I think that if we want to protect our newcomers (and our veterans--since how am I to know that I am dealing with an unprincipled dealer] we should continue to post notices (not warnings and not with conclusions other than...) that a seller has been suspended.
