Steve; This has nothing to do with ebay auctions.... but it is common knowledge at other auctions, that bidders will conspire to lay off certain lots, if their competition will lay off bidding on the lot(s) they are interested in. How would that make you feel as a consignor? Is there a parallel here that some can relate to?
