Hi John, two points 1) your point #4 is equilvalent to my point 1, i.e. ignore it. Your last point about reverse the situation --- I would then opt for #3 send an email inviting them to explain what happened. I've already mentioned that I was suspended long ago for reasons I did not consider valid (eBay agreed and reinstated me). I would have been more than happy to explain the reason for my suspension. I would think any INNOCENT person would be glad to do the same. Now I can see, however, a person not wanting to come to the board if they were purposefully ripping chippers off. Let's put it this way, if you, John Benedict, were wrongfully suspended from eBay, wouldn't you want the opportunity to explain to the board why you were suspended rather than let the rumor mill run rampant? I think its to your benefit to clear the air. Having said this, I think I'll opt for my #1 or your #4. I really don't want to be a bad guy (as I have already been accused).
