It is a committee decision because he says so.

The entire membership isn't interested in this contest so they don't deserve to be mailed a ballot. It doesn't make sense to mail ballots to new members. It doesn't make sense to mail ballots to members who only collect old chips. It doesn't make sense to members that only collect illegal chips.

Let's partition off every little category of collector, and make sure that it doesn't make sense to include them in some of the fun things about the club if they aren't a part of a committee.

......I emailed a formal recommendation to all members of the BOD and you Archie about how to include EVERYONE in voting on the COTY/TOYT, and told you how to pay for it. My recommendation must have fallen on deaf ears.

....anxious to receive the Jan issue sometime in Feb to find out I can't vote if I don't submit an application in the form of nomination(s).

Let everybody vote, period.
