I was the one offering the chip on ebay. I bought the chip under the impression that it was a Vegas chip. After I listed the chip on ebay, I posted an additional note telling that it was not a Vegas chip. This was after being contacted and was told that Henry thinks that it was a Cuban. I also checked with Doug Saito who also confirmed that it was not Vegas. Long story short. We now know its NOT a Vegas chip.
