You will find inlaid litho chips in most of the references that list older chips, Rich. Dale Seymour's book on antique poker chips has many, there are lots in The Chip Rack, and some of the illegals in Ed Hertel's new book are of the type. You are asking a question similar to the one I asked when I was a new chipper: where can I find a list of all the $2.50 denomination chips that have been issued? There is no such list or reference, as most of the authors have done their books based on geography, not on chip technology or face value.

I've thought of doing a book on $2.50's, and I think a book on inlaid-lithos would find a receptive market as well. Till then...
