Though I think you very correct, the problem is that what you describe is extensive effort on the good guy side (Brach and friends) while they just swithc ISP's and they are back in business.

I can't tell you how many emails I have received from the freemails like HOTMAIL that when you reply 'REMOVE' you get a bounce back from HOTMAIL stating that the original sender's account has been closed due to prior improper practices.

It, I'm afraid, is the downside of the virtually unlimited connectivity.
