I post feedback when I am ready to send the item if I am the seller. This is that day if I receive a money order(or cash) or if the buyer is a Club Member. Otherwise I post it after the check has cleared and I am ready to send the item.
If I am the buyer, I post when I have received the item and I am satisfied.
I have never had a problem. I have always posted feedback for buyers and sellers. I have had many cases when people have not reciprocated. I have thought about reminding them, but I have not.
What concerns me is that there are probably people that have had their friends and relatives post feedback for them.
Certainly the system is not perfect.
