A pen pal in Amsterdam picked two of these at a flea market. Though she has never been to the casino, she noted it was their "Grand Opening" chip. It's a very bright gold flake jeton with a light-blue lunette. The side illustrated reads: Casino Groningen - 4 November 1988. The obverse reads Holland Casinos, and denomination of Dfl 5.

I'm willing to trade the dupelicate for any other dated jeton from anywhere.
