Larry Trapp found the owner, Bulldog Wright. Larry got the chips from Bulldog but he could not remember what the ATS stood for on the Skey chip.
Outside of Walton Ky on Rt 25 about 15 miles south of Covington/Newport.
I have been in the place many times but not when the gambling was going on, about 1958 to 62.
It is still there as far as I know.
