I was speaking in terms of a "concept" not in terms of YOU as an individual. I was not going after you or siding with John in the sense of beating up on you. I was merely making a comment that I believe is true when it comes to posting on boards in general. I know you didn't mean any harm but sometimes merely repeating facts does damage to an individual's reputation BEFORE that individual has an opportunity to say anything for themselves. It is called instant conviction.<g>.

I don't care for ebay. I believe ebay will, in the long run, hurt OUR hobby. It takes away the face to face, person to person contact that is ONE of the many enjoyable aspects our hobby has to offer. This is my opinion - an opinion I do not wish to debate on the board but would be more than happy to discuss it in person with anyone who is interested.

I am sorry you took what I said the way that you did. It was intended "in general". I have limited my posting on this BB to hobby information that is positive or the sharing of information that I believe is necessary for the promotion and/or protection of the hobby. Since these three individuals were already suspended they would no longer pose any threat to anyone buying on ebay therefore, what's the purpose of repeating it??? Sorry again, Jim
