I have not had time to read the board for the past few days but a search did not turn up any postings on this subject. I have had it confirmed by two sources at the Hammond Empress casino that they were sold to the Horseshoe. I don't know for sure if the Joliet casino was also sold but I imagine that it would have been included in any deal. Apparently the Empress is privately owned so there is no publically held stock to play with. It may be time to check if you have all of the current chips since I don't think that the Horseshoe will keep the current ones.
