Pete, I agree. I'm only reporting the facts. Like you said, it might be worth looking into. I also have been second bidder (many times, I might add). Months ago I was suspended. At the time I was a bidder and eBay reinstated me as soon as I explained the situation. Ebay will suspend a person without hearing their side. Being suspended is more like being accused not convicted.
