For Those Who Haven't Seen It Yet.................

Here is the artists rendering of the planned Steve Wynn casino-hotel to be built in Atlantic City. The name chosen is Jardin-Palais (French for garden palace).
The room count will be only 1144, substantially less than the 2000+ originally touted by Mirage resorts.

The 'tower' section will have 258 suites catering to high-rollers. The rest of us will stay in the circular low-rise buildings around the edge. Imagine the walk to the casino from the end of the last building!!!

IMO, if Mirage was disappointed in their Beau Rivage performance they'll be REALLY disappointed in this property if the design does not change. AC has a lot of seniors who visit during the week....when rates are lower and they'll not like all of the walking, that's for sure. For that matter, I wouldn't like it either!
