Yes, the LAY chips are craps bets: dice to fail

Yes, the two LAY chips with the circles are almost certainly for use at craps. And maybe the first chip, too. A lay bet is the opposite of a buy bet.

For example, say you are a "wrong" bettor and want to lay $40 against the "10." You pay the dealer a $1 commission, then place $40 on the table, the dealer puts your $40 stack of chips in a box behind the "10" box and puts a "lay" "button" (usually a small chip with the word "lay" on it) on top of the $40 stack to distinguish it from a "don't come" bet. If a "7"comes up before a "10", the lay bettor wins $20, the true odds pay-off (i.e., he receives his $40 bet plus $20 win).
