The New Games in Town

Thanks to the Minnesota Legislature Canterbury Park will open a 50-table card room, beginning first quarter of 2000. Poker games, Texas Hold'em, Pai Gow and other unbanked games are on the menu. The revenues from the card room will help increase purses for live racing at Canterbury Park, and will provide a new revenue stream for horse racing in the state of Minnesota. Watch this website for upcoming information on the card room. Currently, facility plans, focus groups, research and human resources plans are under discussion.
