I like that idea. Perhaps we should consider reversing the list so you would be sending the chips out the person you received them from last round.
Many new chippers only have a small variety of "TRADERS". They might be forced to replace chips taken with the same chips they used to replace chips last round. Reversing the order of the list would eliminate this as a problem.
