I recently received a similar card (but it had my name on it rather then 'Good Luck' from Winnavegas casino in Iowa that I stoped at on a trip from Minnesota to Neberaska. The explanation given to me at the time was that they were in the process of changing the logos of the casino on the slot cards and had not received their new stock yet and were all out of their old stock, thus they were using this generaic stock. Could actually be from any casino that was in a similar situation. Hope the info is of some help.
