I know for a fact chips can be had per say from the cage. But we call it a full. Meaning say I need 100 in $5. chips a pit boss would call the cage for me & order 100 + chips a guard would then bring them out to me one a game that is a open game to buy the chips so realy I'm still buying from the cage but its table service. I know of no other way to get a chip from a Atlantic City casino cage. Other then my tunnels under the boardwalk!!:):):) QUICK Laugh I hear the chip police!!!
