Hi Janice, I Know For sure That the Northern Belle was originally the New Orleans Flamingo. It was leased to Casino Windsor And a Captain who later worked for us told me the story about taking it up there. I heard two different versions of where it was going next, financing not in place for a Mississippi project so it was sold to Canadian interests. Also several former gambling boats setting in Bender and other shipyards looking for buyers. Jim
