The chips were made at Paul-Son sometime between 1988 and last month.
They were made for a private buyer not a club.
The only way to find the record of sale is to know the buyers name.
They come in the same denominations as the weave mold chips, but the colors and inlays are an exact copy of the James Bond chips.
IMO they are fantasy chips.
