I've been told by a knowledgeable source that the chip on the right is a large lion head . TCR only lists a large lion head. James lists both a large and a small head. It is clear to me that the chip on the right has a lion head smaller than the chip on the left. Knowing this, is the chip on the right considered a large or a small lion head. If I had other samples I might have been able to answer my own question.
