Great post Dick........nice to use the BB for non-soap opera purposes.
Four molds are pictured below. They are good old Bill Borland's mold numbers, from his "The Official Blue Book of Casino Chips
and Gaming Tokens", published by his World Wide Casino Exchange. All gone now. It started me collecting 10 years ago
. I thought I was the only chip collector in the world then, and Bill gave me the name and address of someone in Brick NJ. Whatever happened to him?
Anyway, I have only one copy of mold #21. Herz calls it mold #27 in his book. Jim Blanchard of Atlantic Molding wrote me that Club Room Equipment (Cincinnati ?)
owned/used the mold.
NOW FOR THE REASON FOR THIS POST: I NEED THE THREE OTHER MOLDS PICTURED BELOW TO COMPLETE
MY MOLD COLLECTION. HELP!
#22 is 'Small Squares." Herz' # is 79. Herz calls this and the next chip Plastic Injection Molded Chips, although some on that page (p. 54) look like clay to me.
#41 is N's. (probably for Nevada). Herz #73 (calls it NV)
#52 is Flat Chain. Herz #30 (Maybe made by Hunt of Chicago; don't confuse the mold with the rounded links ones; the one I need
has square links).
thanks
Robert
