I have no 1st hand knowledge on the MS attributation.
But:
If I am not mistaken Jim Munding had an article in the Club Magazine about 3 issues ago. It was on a trip he took through MS. Rising Sun in Vinton, MS, was part of the article. Several other MS chippers confirmed this at the last BFTP show in Biloxi.
