Gene, can you elaborate on what you mean by clay/plastic composition?

I am under the impression that Paul-son chips are clay/plastic composition. If they were just clay, they would not soften under heat, which we all know they will do. I was told they are mostly plastic material, with clay mixed in, along with lead dust for weight.
