The chips were being held very loosely in 2x2's and 2 1/2 x 2 1/2's placed in a plastic pages. I replaced it with 30 chip plastic page that holds the chips firmly and reduces the # of pages from 2 to 1.

My only suggestion would be to have chips travel as far as possible each time they are being mailed. This would give each participant maximum possibility to get chips that are not available locally.
