Henry Garrett recently sent out a Cuban sales list. He shows the Plaza chip as being from Havana. His asking price is $75. I don't know what documentation Henry has but he is an authority on Cuban chips. He also shows two similar chips ($5 & $25) with the same design. Personally I would trust his opinion.
