It looks like Playboy used both new chips with their name and old VSC chips when they opened. Doug was there on spring break which would be March, I guess, they got there license approval in Feb of 81.

Small Crown was the first issue chip used when the London casino opened in 1966. Sorry I dropped the ball Gene. They were replaced with the Hat and Cane series a couple years later.
