If someone would get a copy of the Michigan Gaming Regs, look under Minimum requirements for chips and tokens. I bet the reason for withdrawal of the chips will be found there.
I notice the chips only have Detroit on them. It is quite possible they have to have MI also. There could be other violations or Minimum requirements besides this.
