Paul, assuming you have his money order or check in hand (and it has been held until cleared, if necessary), why do you need a name in order to send the item that was won and paid for? You have the address (for possible in-state sales tax purposes). What necessity is a name, if someone wants to be anonymous in transactions? Send it to HANTD at the address given. This would be no different than if he gave you a "John Doe" name. How would you know if it's his real name anyway?
No, I'm not the "Haveanice..." person and don't know who he is, but if he want to maintain his privacy, what's the harm?
