Mel, Stay away from the KFC's and the McD's and sample the local cuisine...I know you'll like it. <g> Also, ask for chips no matter where you go...and knowing you...you'll probably come back with some of Marco Polo's poker chips! <g>

Oh...and one last thing: Don't believe any of those stories you may hear over there about the Chinese inventing pasta - ain't so!! <g>
