Don, I know of three types:

One is mold # 68. (H.C.Edwards)

Another is made by a company in Germany where a
design is cut-out and the translucent center shows
through (like a lunette) in a plain mold.

And still another in China where both outer
laminates are solid (known in H&C and Diamond-types
mold).
