I FINALLY was able to get the file upload feature working again.

Please note that I moved it to another server so the address you use to point to the file that you upload will be slightly different than it was before. The change is very slight and is explained on the success page after the upload has been completed. All that has changed is that the name of the domain in the url, so that what previously would have been:

http://www.thechipboard.com/tcbuploads/yourfile.gif

would now be

http://www.chipguide.com/tcbuploads/yourfile.gif
