I've had multiple dealings with Brian on some pretty rare stuff (I was the buyer every time, he's made some great stuff available on eBay). I agree with John, give it a little more time. If its the same guy that I've dealt with in PA, while his area might not have been hard hit by the recent hurricane, I'm sure that mail from that region has been impacted.
