Aren't a Majority of Club Members Online?

Has anyone polled the membership on whether they're online? All the studies I have seen show more and more Americans getting online. Certainly among all but the poorest in our country, a majority are or seen will be online. I doubt many of those living in extreme poverty are chip collectors. I think it's time for the club to consider the internet a valid means of communication. In the 19th century using a quarterly magazine as the only official means of communication would be fine. Today we need to supplement the magazine with modern, fast communication.
