Why don't we throw them all out????? What is the matter with everyone, have you all gone crazy??? These are volunteers. They are not being paid. No different than Bob Orme, Neal, Archie and the rest of the individuals who give of their time. We don't agree with the way THEY conduct club business. They are not meeting OUR expectations. Let's riot!!!! Call for a new election. Yeah, right, and when we don't agree with the "new" President or other board members we throw them out also. Soon we will find no one to run for office. Maybe the club should be run by the "computor mafia". Look people, disagree - voice your opinions on this board and others. Speak out when you believe an injustice has taken place. However, do so in a professional manner. Let us be honest - do you really think any of the club officers need to be "beat up" publicly? What are we going to do if they quit??? Do you want to replace them with YOU??? If that's so why didn't YOU run for office??

I like most of you did not like what happened to Janice. She was cut out of board communications and the opportunity for input. She resigned!! I didn't like that either. I wanted her on the board fighting for the collector. I don't like what's happened involving Neal. It was not smart and was handled VERY poorly. I don't like a lot of things I am aware of. Somewhere since the election things got out of hand. I believe much of it is caused by a lack of communication between the club board and the club members who hide behind their monitors. The club board views the club magazine as the OFFICIAL means of communicating with the membership NOT the BBs. This I believe is what creates the majority of the problems. I, like many of you, don't like it. O.K. - change it. Follow the club constitution and change it.

I am sure if enough of you push hard enough the current board will get a belly full and call it quits. Just be prepared to replace them. Remember, to find individuals who will do everything YOU want them too. Individuals YOU can demand to answer your questions like they were children and they will respond. Treat them with little or no respect. After all we pay them such an excellent salary.
Guess what? - I, like Janice, Neal, Bob, Sarles, and all the rest am not having "fun". Best, Jim
