I agree with Pete and think the 4 questions raised should be answered. How about a letter/e-mail campaign from all of us respectfully asking for answers. These were not issues under previous leadership and the entire attitude of the membership is very different than it was before and is at stake here. Is there anything in the club's bylaws about asking for a re-vote or the ability to make a change in a leadership position prior to a scheduled election?
