Since we have asked the board members to use the club website to discuss club issues, we should use it to deal with these issues.

My other suggestion is that since we are asking that the membership be treated with respect, we ought to address the board members and each other with the respect with which we would like to be addressed when discussing these issues.

I would hope that this time might be one of bringing us closer together, rather than tearing us apart. As another of our members would say,

"Just my 2 cents."
