Losing 3 good people is unfortunate.
1) Why did we Lose them?
2) What could have been done to prevent this?
3) Who was responsible for losing them?
4) What can or should be done to remedy the situation?

The bottom line is this (I think):
We have a great hobby that is ready for mainstream status. There are many people trying to get good publicity for this hobby. People are giving alot of their time promoting the group & helping others-and asking for nothing in return. These are the people that we need!!! To shut out people like this is disgrace. We need to join together and stay strong together.
Maybe a voter recall is in order. Or should we lose more good people?
I want people that are like I described above.
