... and can't for the simple reason that the player has no way to effect the outcome of the game (discounting table blackjack and poker). Hence, the long term result is entirely a function of statistical probability. AND, the casinos have determined the payoffs in such a way that statistically they will always win over the long term.
Even blackjack, the results of which can be effected by the skill of the player, has a sufficient built-in house edge that over the long term for all players, the house always wins.
As far as poker is concerned, the house doesn't give a damn who wins, because the casino gets its share (rake or time charge) on every hand, regardless.
And, I guarantee that if anyone ever does come up with a "system" that can win, the casinos will figure it out and change the rules so that the system doesn't win anymore.
