I just got home, Mel, and read your e-mail backing what you've said here, and I respect it. I would also like to go one step further in saying there were a hell of a lot more "Special Order" Crest & Seal chips that came out of Cincinnati than we know about in the photos (up to about late-1949) that is factual. Besides, we have very little knowledge of what Burt/USPC turned out shortly after the transition. It could have been made and put in play during the early-50s (or later) for all we know. Thus my thinking, and yours, a Houssels is needed here.
