Beanie and Cecil were cool, and so was Grape Ape! All of the WB, and the Rocky and Bullwinkle cartoons were produced by folks that were making them for themselves as much as they were for kids. I still enjoy the humor in both series of Toons today. There were some funny people writing for both of them!
